I am based in Norwich, England and I teach Hatha and Vinyasa classes (and soon prenatal!). All my classes include elements of meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises). I offer online and studio classes at The Yoga Tree. If you would like more info about the Covid-19 precautions the studio has taken please contact me, but rest assured it is super safe.

Thursdays, 8:30-9:30, online. A traditional Hatha class with longer held poses; strengthening, yet relaxing. Suitable for all levels. Pay what you can, between £6-£7.50.
Join me on Thursdays, 18:00-19:15 at The Yoga Tree for a strenghtening Vinyasa flow. Starting with a meditation we go into a stronger flow, ending with a deep-stretch cool-down and Savasana. Suitable for all levels, but previous experience recommended. Bring your own yoga mat. Please email to book.
Sundays, 9:30-10:30, online. Join me for a mindful Vinyasa practice, where we tap into the breath, move and stretch, ending with a relaxing Savasana. Suitable for all levels. Pay what you can, between £6-£7.50.
If you want to deepen your practice and work on correct alignment or if you simply just feel more comfortable in 1 to 1 sessions, I am available for private classes.
