I am based in Norwich, England and currently only teach one Vinyasa class at The Yoga Tree. All my classes include elements of meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises).

Join me on Thursdays, 18:00-19:15 at The Yoga Tree for a strengthening Vinyasa flow. Starting with a meditation we go into a stronger flow, ending with a deep-stretch cool-down and Savasana. Suitable for all levels, but previous experience recommended. Please bring your own yoga mat. Limited spaces in the studio, please email to book.
