I am based in Norwich, England and I teach Hatha, Vinyasa and Prenatal classes. All my classes include elements of meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises). I offer online and studio classes at The Yoga Tree and Earlham House Clinic. If you would like more info about the Covid-19 precautions the studios have taken please contact me, but rest assured it is super safe.

Tuesdays, 17:45-18:45, Earlham House Clinic & online via Zoom. Join me on the mat from your second trimester or after you’ve had your 12 week scan until birth for pregnancy yoga. Take some time out for yourself and your baby. Relax, learn different breathing techniques that will help you throughout your pregnancy and giving birth, stretch your body, strengthen your muscles and tone your pelvic floor. Please bring your own yoga mat and a few pillows and layers if you can.
Thursdays, 9:00-10:00, online. A traditional Hatha class with longer held poses; strengthening, yet relaxing. Suitable for all levels. Pay what you can, between £6-£7.50.
Join me on Thursdays, 18:00-19:15 at The Yoga Tree and online for a strenghtening Vinyasa flow. Starting with a meditation we go into a stronger flow, ending with a deep-stretch cool-down and Savasana. Suitable for all levels, but previous experience recommended. Bring your own yoga mat. Every second Sunday, 9:30-10:30, online. Join me for a mindful Vinyasa practice, where we tap into the breath, move and stretch, ending with a relaxing Savasana. Suitable for all levels. Pay what you can, between £6-£7.50.
