I am based in Norwich, England and I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Prenatal & Family yoga classes. All my classes include elements of meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises). Tuesdays, 18:00-19:00, Earlham House Clinic & online via Zoom. Join me on the mat from your second trimester or after you’ve had your 12 week scan until birth for pregnancy yoga. Take some time out for yourself and your baby. Relax, learn different breathing techniques that will help you throughout your pregnancy and giving birth, stretch your body, strengthen your muscles and tone your pelvic floor. Please bring your own yoga mat and a few pillows and layers if you can. Limited spaces in the studio! £8
Join me on Thursdays, 18:00-19:15 at The Yoga Tree and online for a strenghtening Vinyasa flow. Starting with a meditation we go into a stronger flow, ending with a deep-stretch cool-down and Savasana. Suitable for all levels, but previous experience recommended. Bring your own yoga mat. Limited spaces in the studio, please email to book.

If you want to deepen your practice and work on correct alignment or if you simply just feel more comfortable in 1 to 1 sessions, I am available for private classes. If you are interested in yoga with or for your kids, get in touch! I am happy to come to your home, depending on location, or I can rent The Yoga Tree studio.
