I am based in Norwich, England and currently teach a Vinyasa class at The Yoga Tree. All my classes include elements of meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises).

Join me on Thursdays, 18:00-19:15 at The Yoga Tree for a strengthening Vinyasa flow. Starting with a meditation we go into a stronger flow, ending with a deep-stretch cool-down and Savasana. Suitable for all levels, but previous experience recommended. Please bring your own yoga mat. Limited spaces in the studio, please email to book.
