I teach in Norwich, England. For the foreseeable future all my classes will happen ONLINE via Zoom! Email pratyaharavera@gmail.com to book your space; see below for days and times. Pay what you can. Come join me on the mat!

~ Mondays ~

Yoga in the Park

Weather permitting, Mondays we’ll meet at Eaton Park for an hour of Vinyasa. Suitable for all levels. Bring your own yoga mat, layers and water! Due to government restrictions there are currently 5 spaces. Get in touch to book.

~Thursdays~

Energising Hatha

Join me on Thursdays, 8:30-9:30 am for an energising Hatha class. Suitable for all levels. The studio is a fully equipped, spacious, beautiful space to share our practice.

Vinyasa flow

Join me on Thursdays, 6-7:15 pm for a strenghtening Vinyasa flow. Starting with a meditation we go into a stronger flow, ending with a deep-stretch cool-down and Savasana. Suitable for all levels, but previous experience recommended.

~Sundays~

Sundays, 9:30-10:30 am. Join me for a mindful Vinyasa practice, where we tap into the breath, move and stretch, ending with a relaxing Savasana. Suitable for all levels.

~Private classes~

If you want to deepen your practice and work on correct alignment or if you simply just feel more comfortable in 1 to 1 sessions, I am available for private classes.
